SHRM发布《全球劳动力认知调查报告》

(2015年7月9日,/HRoot.com/)员工的留任是不是你所在企业最棘手的问题呢?如果你真的面临这样的问题,其实你并不孤单。美国人力资源管理协会(SHRM)日前最新发布的《2015全球劳动力认知调查报告》显示,40%的人力资源专业人士将员工保留/流失视为企业当前面临的主要发展障碍,紧随其后的是员工敬业度。

主要研究及推论结论如下:
--    人力资源服务行业企业当前面临的前三大阻力分别是:员工留任/流失、员工敬业度以及继任计划
--    40%的受访人表示主要挑战是人员流失
--    29%的受访者表示是找到继任的人才
--    24%的受访人将文化管理是做HR方面首要忧虑

此外,该调查对员工认可项目对企业业务价值以及企业文化的影响也做了细致的研究。研究指出,较为明显的是,高达90%的受访者认为基于价值的认可对敬业度有积极的影响,68%认为对员工的留任率也有积极地作用。

If these aspects keep you awake at night, you’re not alone. According to the 2015 SHRM/Globoforce Employee Recognition Survey, 40% of HR professionals identified employee retention/turnover as their main organisational obstacle, followed by employee engagement.

Key findings from the survey deduced that:
--    The top three obstacles encountered by HR  firms today are retention/turnover, employee engagement, and succession planning
--    40% of respondents claimed that the loss of staff is the chief challenge; another 29% are worried about sourcing for replacement talent
--    39% cited that employee engagement is their main concern; dropping from 47% in 2013
--    24% of respondents identified culture management as being their chief HR worry

The survey also scrutinised the benefits of employee recognition schemes tied to business values, and the effect these programmes can have on company culture. Tellingly, a whopping 90% of respondents preaching values-based recognition cited that it positively affected engagement, while 68% claimed it positively impacted retention.
